How do I redeem my points and for what?
Rewards for redemption can be viewed in the “Rewards” section on this page (see above). Points can be redeemed in-store at the register or when placing an order online.
How does the Rewards Program work and how do I accrue points?
Earn one point for each dollar spent at any of our Selland’s Market-Café locations, OBO’ Italian Table & Bar or Ella Dining Room and Bar by presenting a registered Rewards Card, registered phone number or placing an online order with your login credentials you created when you registered your rewards account. Points accrued do not include tax or gratuity.

I have a Selland Family Restaurants Friend of the Family Rewards Card. How do I register my card?
Click on the “Register New Card” button at the top of the page or click here to register your card. Rewards cards must be registered to redeem points for rewards.
I am a registered Friend of the Family rewards cardholder. Will I earn rewards points for my online order?
Yes, you can earn rewards points for your online order by signing in using your rewards account username and password at the time of placing your order.
Why should I register for an account?
You must register your card or create an account after placing an online order to earn and redeem points. You will automatically receive 250 bonus points when you register. If your card is registered or if you have an online account, we can look up your account by your phone number if you forget your card at time of purchase in restaurant or help if you forget your username or password to login to your account.
What if I don’t have my card with me in-store or I forget to login to my online ordering account using my rewards credentials?
If you have registered your card, your cashier can use your phone number to look up your account in-store. If you forget to login with your rewards username and password when placing an online order, please email us at email@example.com and we will add your points to your rewards account.
How do I find out how many points I have?
You can check your points balance online by logging into your account. Click on the “Account Login” button at the top of the page, or click here to login to your account.
What if I forgot my username and password?
Passwords and usernames can be recovered here. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your 16-digit account number, phone number and/or email.
What happens if I don’t receive points for a transaction?
If your points were not accrued at time of dining or after you placed an online order, please email email@example.com and we will assist you. Please include your 16-digit account number, restaurant location, check number, date of transaction, and subtotal of the check. Please allow up to two weeks to receive points. We will add points up to 30 days after your transaction. After 30 days, our system will not allow points to be added.
What is the difference between “Lifetime Points” and “Points”?
“Lifetime Points” are the total points accrued over the lifetime of the registered account. “Points” are the current point balance on your account and available to redeem for rewards.
Do I accrue points when I pay with a gift card?
Do I accrue points when purchasing gift cards?
No, points are accrued when the gift card is redeemed.
Do I get points on tax, gratuity, and/or automatic service charges?
No. Points are accrued on the check subtotal.
What happens if I lose my card?
If you previously registered your card, you can continue to use that account with your phone number. If you would like a new card, email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a new card. Please note, if your lost card was previously registered, we can transfer your points balance. If your card was not previously registered, we are not able to transfer previously accrued points.
