How do I redeem my points and for what?
Rewards for redemption can be viewed in the “Rewards” section on this page (see above).
To redeem points for free pizza(s) and $25 Dinner for Two include a Bottle of Wine Specials, present the cashier with your registered card or phone number at OBO’ Italian Table & Bar or at one of our Selland’s Market-Café locations.
To redeem points for all other rewards, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to process your request.
How does the Rewards Card Program work and how do I accrue points?
Present your Rewards Card or registered phone number at the time of purchase to earn points. Earn one point for each dollar spent at any of our Selland Family Restaurants, including The Kitchen Restaurant, Ella Dining Room and Bar, Selland’s Market-Café, OBO’ Italian Table & Bar. Points accrued do not include tax or gratuity.
What is the Selland Family Restaurants Friend of the Family Rewards Program?
The Friend of the Family Rewards Program consists of a card that you present when dining at any Selland Family Restaurant (The Kitchen Restaurant, Ella Dining Room & Bar, Selland’s Market-Café (all locations), OBO’ Italian Table & Bar). Accrue points with every purchase and redeem them for food, gifts and gift cards or rewards dollars.
How much does it cost to get a card?
There is no cost for our Rewards Cards.
Where do I register my card?
Click on the “Register New Card” button at the top of the page or click here to register your card. Rewards cards must be registered to redeem points for rewards.
Why should I register my card?
You must register your card to redeem your points. You will automatically receive 250 bonus points when you register your card. Registered cardholders also receive other gifts including a birthday gift and anniversary gift. If your card is registered, we can look up your account by your phone number if you forget your card at time of purchase in restaurant.
I’m trying to register my card and getting a message that my card is inactive.
Cards must be activated at one of our restaurants and should have been upon first use. If, when registering the card online, you receive a message that says your card is “inactive”, please email us at email@example.com. Please include the 16-digit card number on the back of the card and we will assist you.
What if I don’t have my card with me?
If you have registered your card, your cashier can use your phone number to look up your account.
How do I find out how many points I have?
You can check your points balance online by logging into your account. Click on the “Account Login” button at the top of the page, or click here to login to your account.
What if I forgot my username and password?
Passwords and usernames can be recovered here. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your 16-digit card number.
What is a Family card?
Upon reaching 30,000 lifetime points, you will be automatically upgraded to the Family tier. Benefits of the Family tier include Free Corkage at The Kitchen Restaurant and Ella Dining Room and Bar. Family card holders will additionally receive Free Valet at Ella Dining Room & Bar.
What is the difference between “Lifetime Points” and “Points”?
“Lifetime Points” are the total points accrued over the lifetime of the registered account. “Lifetime Points” are accrued towards earning Family level card status (30,000 “Lifetime Points”). “Points” are the current point balance on your account and available to redeem for rewards.
What happens if I don’t receive points for a transaction when I presented my card?
If your points were not accrued at time of dining, please email email@example.com and we will assist you. Please include your 16-digit card number, restaurant location, check number, date of transaction, and subtotal of the check. Please allow up to two weeks to receive points.
What if I forgot to give my server my card while dining?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your 16-digit card number, restaurant location, check number, date of transaction, and subtotal of the check. We can add points to your account for transactions up to 30 days past time of dining.
Do I accrue points when I pay with a gift card?
Do I accrue points when purchasing gift cards?
No, points are accrued when the gift card is redeemed.
Do I get points on tax, gratuity, and/or automatic service charges?
No. Points are accrued on the check subtotal.
What happens if I lose my card?
If you previously registered your card, you can continue to use that account with your phone number. If you would like a new card, email email@example.com to request a new card. Please note, if your lost card was previously registered, we can transfer your points balance. If your card was not previously registered, we are not able to transfer previously accrued points.
