Ella 2015 Dine Downtown Menu from Chef Rob Lind and Team

Join us January 15th through January 24th, 2015 for a Three-Course Vegetarian Dinner Menu to celebrate the annual Dine Downtown Week. Vegan Menu offerings available as well. $31/person with $1 from each Dinner being donated directly to Food Literacy Center.

First Course

Creamy Parsnip Soup ~ black garlic soubise, scallions

Second Course

Pasta Dave's Handcut Pappardelle ~ melted leeks, fresno chili, meyer
lemon, poached egg, Mimolette

Grilled Cauliflower Gratin ~ caramelized onion, harissa, roasted beets,
smoked gouda

 

Dessert Course
Sticky Toffee Pudding ~ brandy chantilly, maple pecan crumble
